At JR's Cattle Ranch, we are committed to providing high-quality meat that is free of steroids, hormones, and antibiotics. Our cows are free-range and grass-fed, ensuring the best flavor and nutrition.
What You Receive
The cuts usually consist of 25% Steaks, 30% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 45% Ground Beef and Hamburger Patties.

Unfortunately no! With our high volume and demand, we use a standardized cut sheet for all cow orders.
Fulfillment takes 3-4 weeks. We don't process beef orders until they are placed and deposits are collected.
Every cut is flash-frozen, vacuum-sealed, and labeled for your convenience. Prefer to buy smaller? Shop individual cuts at the farm stand.
